Restoration - Façades

The restoration of smaller and medium-sized damages in the clinker and facades of concrete pre-fabricated sections is perhaps more economical for the client.
This is where the common problem of frost damage of individual grooves in the external clinker frames occurs for older clinker buildings.

Through cracked and porous grooves, found mostly in the area of window supports, balcony slabs or porches, dampness seeps into the brickwork behind the waterproof front side of the façade - damp areas and build-up of mould in the apartments behind are known consequences of this.

The punctual employment of height workers enables adequate restoration of the grooves, without expensive scaffolding for the respective building: the mortar is removed, the clinker flanks cleaned and the grooves refilled with a special repair mortar.

Further work in the area of building restoration, e.g. installation of drainboards above loggias, damage prevention by hydrophobing small problem areas or regular controls, maintenance and, if necessary, renewal of building or slab grooves (concrete pre-fabricated sections), are all part of our extensive range of services.

TICS

For large-area erosions in thermal insulation composite systems (TICS), a complete restoration means the use of scaffolding is indispensable.
The so far rarely challenged "natural" enemy of this hollow-sounding insulation - the woodpecker - again causes simply isolated damages to this system.

For a correspondingly manageable number of woodpecker holes, a complete façade can be repaired in one day, even in these damage areas, by the targeted usage of 2-3 height workers.

A large number of maintenance groups can be sensibly combined, but for specific cases, you can also contact our specialists at any time with your construction questions, and we will try to suggest a reasonable and quick solution for you, in close collaboration with various manufacturers.
